A change in tastes

The last 12 weeks have seen what I can eat and what I can’t change dramatically.

I seem to be lactose intolerant cause too much of anything dairy and I’m sick as a dog, and I can’t handle meat or chicken (but don’t mind mince?) when I usually love it.

Cravings wise, nothing particular, but if I think about something for long enough I have to have it…

Excercise during pregnancy

I was wondering what everyone’s thoughts were on excercise during pregnancy? I know it is fine and even best to exercise while you are pregnant, but to what level?

For example, I love playing netball - how soon should I give that up? Most of the people I play with have played until they were about 12 weeks, but then one of them had a miscarriage cause of a full on game. I have even seen ...

Since my first was an unplanned accident, when I decided to have my second I just assumed that it would just happen straight away. But I could be wrong. Would love to hear from people about how long it took them to get pregnant!

After my second baby was born, I was absolutely terrified of having another baby. After the birth I had 4 operations to remove and correct retained placental tissue. Very traumatic.
