Excercise during pregnancy

I was wondering what everyone’s thoughts were on excercise during pregnancy? I know it is fine and even best to exercise while you are pregnant, but to what level?
For example, I love playing netball - how soon should I give that up? Most of the people I play with have played until they were about 12 weeks, but then one of them had a miscarriage cause of a full on game. I have even seen a girl who looked about 28 weeks playing!
Would love to hear people’s experiences and opinions!

Hey, this year for our super Sharks Netball Season, it was the year that was not meant to be! We were winning every single game, and fought our way to the grand finals, but we had (out of 9 players) two girls leave to travel over seas, the weekend before, two pregnant chics, and our star shooter struck by gastro the day before! Of our two preggers chics, one was about 14 weeks, the other about 24 weeks. I personally gave up netball when i was 12 weeks, under docs recommendations, but it really comes down to how you are feeling. I also think its about the level of competition. You may be right playing a steady indoor comp, but i suppose it depends on the position you play, and whether you are going to be able to control yourself!!
